  • Central Scott County Water Project
    Seeking User Agreements

This would be the first phase of the PSA’s Comprehensive County Water Project with the goal of extending water to most of the County residents.  The Central Scott County Water Project will serve the area north and east of Gate City lying between Clinch Mountain and Clinch River (serving Big Moccasin, Corn Ridge, Midway, Nickelsville, Reed Hollow, Snowflake, Upper Manville, and Williams Mill).  We have applied for and received funding from USDA Rural Development to do the engineering study for the project.  We need to know the demand for this project.  We encourage property owners in these areas to sign up for water service so we can start the process of getting money to construct the project.  For User Agreement forms, look under Customer Service/New Service Request on this site, or come by or contact our office.

  • Reed Hollow Road Water Extension
