Payment through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to 7 business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Payment in Person

If paying with cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card, you may pay your bill in person at our drive-through window at our Main Office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) located at 156 Legion Street in Weber City.  Please bring your payment stub from your bill with you.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that the first of the month, Mondays, Fridays and the first business day after a holiday are normally our busiest times.

Payment in Drop-box

If paying with check or money order, you may use one of our drop boxes any time at any of three locations:  Main Office located at 156 Legion Street, Weber City; Duffield Water Treatment Plant located at 221 Industrial Park Road, Duffield; or Nickelsville Water Treatment Plant located behind Town Hall in Nickelsville. Include your payment stub from your bill with your payment.  For payment drop-offs, we accept checks or money orders.  For security reasons, we recommend NOT paying with cash at our drop-box locations.
