Payment by Automatic Bank Draft (ACH payment)
To make your life a little easier and simpler, schedule your payment of Scott County PSA water and sewer bills to be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. Print the SCPSA Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form below, complete it, and bring or mail it to our office. You will be charged the amount on your bill each month. The charge will appear on your bank statement. There is no service fee for paying by ACH.
Online Bill Pay
If paying by debit or credit card, you may go to www.ScottCountyBillPay.com. You may access this payment site either via the QR Code located on your water bill or through our website https://scottcountypsa.com/. Enter your PSA account number as it appears on your bill, with a total of five digits (add a preceding zero if your account number only has four digits). There is a 3.00% convenience fee added to all credit/debit card payments.
Payment by Phone
If paying by debit or credit card, you may call 855-380-0826. You will need your Phone Payment ID# and PIN# which are located on your bill or you may contact our office to get them. There is a 3.00% convenience fee added to all credit/debit card payments.
Payment by Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. To avoid late fees, mail your payment at least 5 days before the due date specified on your bill. For security reasons, we recommend NOT paying with cash through the mail.
Payment through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to 7 business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment in Person
If paying with cash, check, or money order, you may pay your bill in person at our Main Office during normal business hours located at 156 Legion Street, Weber City, Virginia. To avoid longer wait times, please note that the first of the month, Mondays, Fridays and the first business day after a holiday are normally our busiest times. For payment in person, we accept only cash, checks, or money orders.
Payment in Drop-box
If paying with check or money order, you may use our drop box at any time at one of two locations: at our Main Office located at 156 Legion Street, Weber City, Virginia, or at our Duffield Water Treatment Plant located at 221 Industrial Park Road, Duffield, Virginia.
